2. License & ownership

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play our games. All game content, code, art, trademarks, and assets are owned by Vivzon or its licensors.

3. Accounts

• You’re responsible for your account and keeping your credentials secure.
• We may offer guest or social logins; some features require a verified account.
• Names/avatars must follow community standards.

4. Fair play & community rules

• No cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automation.
• No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
• No unauthorized commercial use, reselling, or virtual item farming.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Virtual items & purchases

In-game items/currency may be offered. They are licensed, have no real-world monetary value, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or our stated refund policy.

6. User content

By submitting content (e.g., names, chat, avatars), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the services. Do not upload content you don’t have rights to.

7. Changes, updates & downtime

We may update games, add/remove features, or perform maintenance. Services may be temporarily unavailable.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vivzon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the 6 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to security/fair play. You may stop using our services at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
