Game won't load or lags
Check connection speed (Wi-Fi recommended), close heavy tabs/apps, and ensure hardware acceleration is on. If issues persist, send us your device model and a screenshot.
Recovering progress
Link your account (email or social) in Settings. Guest progress is device-bound and may not be recoverable if the device data is lost.
Reporting bugs/cheaters
Use the form below or email support@vivzon.in with time, game mode, your username, and any evidence.
Billing & refunds
For App Store / Play purchases, request via the store you used. For web purchases on our site, contact billing@vivzon.in with your order ID within 7 days.
Community & safety
Mute/report players from the in-game menu. Severe or repeated violations may lead to suspension. See our Fair Play section.
